Special Conditions for Spearguns, Wetsuits & Technical Equipment

Spearguns, wetsuits, and diving equipment are returnable only if unused.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be refused if not returned in acceptable condition.

Refund approval remains at the discretion of S.A.L.P.A. Ltd.

Products sold by S.A.L.P.A. Ltd carry manufacturer warranty only, where applicable.

S.A.L.P.A. Ltd does not provide additional store warranty beyond the manufacturer’s terms.

Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s official procedure.

Diving and spearfishing equipment involves inherent risks.

By purchasing and using products sold by S.A.L.P.A. Ltd, the customer acknowledges that:

• They assume full responsibility for the use of the equipment

• S.A.L.P.A. Ltd is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or unsafe practices

We strongly recommend that proper training and certification be obtained before purchasing and using diving or spearfishing equipment.

Customers must ensure they are medically fit and appropriately trained before engaging in underwater activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Personal injury resulting from improper use of equipment

• Accidents caused by negligence or misuse
